This will be available until July 12, 2024 so members have time to review the final proposed covenants and until the Special Member Meeting (TBD) so members can vote accordingly.

Notice of Meeting and Restatement Ballot To Be Mailed

June 21, 2024 

Notice of Special Member Meeting to vote for the 2024-2026 Board of Directors and ballot for Restatement of indentures. 

The Board will be voted on in person via ballots and announced at the Special Member Meeting and on website.

If you cannot attend, an absentee ballot can be provided.

Restatement of Indentures will be a mail in, paper ballot.

Returned to 409 Falcons Prey, Wright City, MO 63390 via provided return envelope with postage or you may return to the Board at the Special Member Meeting.
