NOW AVAILABLE!
PROPOSED RESTATEMENT OF DEED OF DEDICATION, RESTRICTIONS, AND PROTECTIVE COVENANTS

Please note these are proposed and we would like residents to thoroughly review and email the Board with any questions. These will be available for review through the voting period which will end on July, 15, 2024.

We realize this document is significantly longer but please keep in mind that the majority of the restrictions have not changed. However, language has been added to make them more clear, concise, and less ambiguous and in addition, the document now contains more detail and additional required sections such as Board Bylaws that we not included in our previous version.

DEED OF DEDICATION, RESTRICTIONS, AND PROTECTIVE COVENANTS

Please read before installing a fence, shed, or additions to your home to ensure you meet the requirements. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out.
